Hello everyone! We’re so glad you’re here and would like to greet all of you personally!

I am ready to go wherever Jesus leads me; whether it be somewhere in my hometown or to the ends of the earth. I know I will be used by God to help those in need. Hey, just want to let you know I love your blog and you are such an inspiration! So I'm very strong in my faith and I want to live a life pleasing to the Lord but I've been talking to a guy who is a Christian but he parties and doesn't take his faith as seriously as I do. I'm so into this guy but I know he is not who I should be involved with. It gets so discouraging being in high school because not many guys have the same values as I do. I just need some advice!

Trust me girl, I know your frustration all to well! I had absolutely zero Christian guys in my high school. In fact, I met my boyfriend at my uncle’s youth group which was an hour away from me! It’s all about patience, as crummy as that sounds, it’s true. If you wait for the right guy who is completely dedicated to God, you’ll be glad you did. Trust me, don’t settle for anything less! First seek after God, and everything else will fall into place. If your really discouraged try going to other youth groups or churches, you’ll never know until you put yourself out there. Just remember if you do visit other churches, focus on God first, and maybe if you’re lucky you’ll meet someone special. But also keep in mind that just because someone is Christian doesn’t mean that they are right for you, seek God in all situations and relationships.
